Silkstone Golf Club

Silkstone Golf club is a friendly and welcoming golf club, in Barnsley South Yorkshire. The club which was established in 1893 is 6370 yards long from the yellow tees and is a test for golfers of all abilities. The course was improved by the opening of seven new holes on forty acres of newly purchased land in May 2008, which is built to USPGA standard. The clubhouse provides a full range of catering facilities with a wide selection of lunch and evening meals being available. Alternatively a comprehensive bar menu for snacks throughout the day is available There are vacancies for membership in all categories.
